1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using tokyobypass.com (the "Platform"), operated by Tokyo By Pass Ltd., registered at 171 Old Bakery Street, Valletta VLT 1455, Malta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to create an account and make purchases. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Services

TOKYO By PASS acts as an authorized intermediary for the sale of attraction tickets, tours, rail passes and other travel experiences in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region. We facilitate bookings between you and the experience providers.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of booking is final
  • Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment provider
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and selected local payment methods
  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment processing

6. Bookings and E-Tickets

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and e-ticket(s) via email
  • E-tickets must be presented (printed or digital) at the venue
  • Booking details cannot be changed after confirmation unless otherwise stated in the product terms
  • We are not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect information provided by you

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms regarding cancellations, modifications and refunds.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell or transfer tickets purchased through our Platform without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, design and software — is the property of Tokyo By Pass Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokyo By Pass Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

11. Disclaimers

  • We act as an intermediary and do not operate the experiences directly
  • Experience availability, schedules and conditions are set by the providers
  • We are not liable for closures, cancellations or changes made by experience providers due to weather, maintenance or force majeure

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
