How do I purchase tickets?
Browse our catalog, select your desired experience, choose a date and ticket type, then proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket or voucher immediately after payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), as well as select digital payment methods. All transactions are processed securely with 3D Secure authentication.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?

How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are delivered digitally via email. You will receive a PDF voucher or QR code that you can show on your mobile device at the venue. No printing is required.

Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and US Dollars (USD). Your bank will handle any currency conversion at the current exchange rate if your card currency differs.
